February 2021 Update
Vaccines are being distributed, Schools are starting to reopen, and a number of COVID restrictions have been lifted for businesses. Which is all good news!
However, as telecom workers are considered essential, we are called upon to travel to and from areas where people are at risk. Our technicians and staff continue to follow stringent COVID protocols.
For our safety, as well as yours, and all our other customers all Sunrise Solutions staff are required to be masked, maintain social distances, clean and sanitize hands and work spaces. We request customers participate in the practice as well. We will take whatever precautions are necessary to service our customers, while keeping themselves and our customers as safe as possible.

Governor Hogan issued a “Stay At Home” Order effective 3/30/20 at 8PM

A message from the Sunrise Solutions Team
In today’s announcement from Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, all non- essential businesses in Maryland are required to close today at 5PM.
The Communications Sector is considered ESSENTIAL as defined in the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) program. As a member of the Communications Sector, Sunrise Solutions will remain OPEN.
Sunrise Solutions will be available to assist all businesses Essential and Non-Essential with all your communications needs. If you find you need to remote work, re-route calls to cell phones or other locations, change announcements, Auto Attendant Greetings or any other phone system related item please do not hesitate to call us at 410-573-0555 or email us at eticket@getsomesun.net
Our employees have been working remotely since the start of this pandemic. Our customers will continue to see our quick response to their needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Field technicians are available for dispatch if needed. We will try everything we can via remote diagnostics prior to dispatch. If a technician has to be dispatched, we will require the Field Technician to practice the recommended “Social Distancing” of six feet, and would request customers participate in this practice as well. Field technicians will take whatever precautions are necessary to service our customers, while keeping themselves and our customers as safe as possible.
